It was just me and the birds twittering with a little campground noices in the background. I also stopped by the Lake a few moments. I find this so peaceful and a real stress reliever. I was only gone a good hour.My sister,Linda, a special person in my life, encouraged me to do this more often when she and her husband visited us this week. I resolve to try to fit this in a couple times a week if at all possible.
